adieu ms tey!, adieu kuya abe!, adieu arjay!

It was tuesday.
I went to the pantry to treat my self a glass of chilled water.
"Last day na namin ni abe", ms tey, our HR Supervisor and the one who gave us name as "Morning Girls" told me.
Words came tumbling and rumbling into my mind looking for an exit, yet my mouth did not permit the escape. They were locked in and the only statement which succeeded was "Di na ba talaga kayo mapipigilan?"
And the corny Joke Time ensued.

I wanted to ask WHY?
I wanted to say NO! LET'S GO TOGETHER. Pero syempre di ko na sinabi no! mapaghahalatang
matagal ko na ring binabalak na.........

Then, the final bye happened this afternoon.
Arjay invited the three of us to have some pictures taken with him since he's leaving. It wasn't painful, for the eyes of the subject himself didn't show any pain. That's the magic of the word "ACCEPTANCE".

TRUE. The only permanent thing in this world is change.

I wish the three of them the kind of life that they truly deserve.

I will miss you ALL.

Here I go again with running out words. They are locked in again inside my heart. Ay naku! ang dami dami kong gustong sabihin sa tatlo pero eto na naman ako. Cge na nga. Wag na nga.

TOPICS..........

I've been thinking of a good topic to write today but i just couldn't decide among the choices. I want to write about the book i had just finished reading. It's entitled "the Stone Flower Garden" by Deborah Smith which in my own point of view, is about the love for the family over love for someone special. At the same time, I also have this need to pour out my feelings towards the tax deducted from my salary which has became quadrupled since November. Dammit! And ofcourse, I am also excited to share my ideas about the book I'm currently reading-"The Tapestry" by Henry H. Neff.

BRAIN EXERCISE NO. 3

Yesterday, as I was surfing the net, I have encountered an account about brain exercises. One of those is to write a letter without using the personal pronouns like I, me,my,mine. As for my today's blog, I'll give it a try.

Dear Parents,
Time passed by so fast as if some unfathomable magical creations had bewitched the clock to work at doublespeed. It was just as if yesterday when we're all your babies clinging to your necks, holding your hands and meeting you excitedly when you're back from market to see the stuff you have for us. Now, we're away from you because we grew up and we're starting to brush the paint from the palette to the canvas of our future.
The idea of not going home this holiday for some economic reasons is comparable to a pickax that would break our hearts. Yet, the spirit of a christmas spent with family which you've implanted in a certain area of our whole being will always dwell there and will never be idle. We are just separated by space but within our hearts lies an invisible string of unconditional love and care that keeps us attached.
These are our wishes for you this coming birth anniversay of our dear Jesus Christ:
1. good health to keep you strong as you travel your road to another 50 years of
your lives;
2. God's blessing for your love to each other not to be distracted by age.
3. all the good for you
4. all your simple wishes to come true

Your loving daughter,

ABREL

I made it. I have composed a letter without using the personal pronouns I, me,my,mine. I have done one of the twelve brain exercises. I'm planning to do the rest this coming days. I find it so fun and challenging. Why don't you try it!
